YGAP (Y-Generation Against Poverty ) is a not-for-profit international volunteer organisation that provides an avenue for individuals to become involved in international development.

YGAP is made up entirely of volunteers and enables volunteers to join innovative, collaborative and practical initiatives by combining their unique networks, specific vocational skills and common ambition of fighting poverty.
Founded by Tim Costello’s son Elliott and with an advisory board including Chris Judd Captain, Carlton Football Club, YGAP was formed as an international volunteer organisation which offers young skilled working professionals the opportunity to volunteer their skills (locally and internationally) without paying any administrational fees.All costs of volunteer trips are personally absorbed by volunteers.
Current projects include rebuilding Rwanda’s classrooms, anti child trafficking program in Ghana as well as the funding and construction of a women’s centre on the border of India and Nepal which acts as a Safe House.
